I never leave reviews ever! But feel this time I should. I had the most awful day where someone stole my bag with my car keys in. Rang up these, within an hour n half they were out to me and two hours later I had a new key and I could get home from work. They also cleared my old key of the system just in case and I couldn’t have been happier with the service on the most crappiest of days. Great bloke, now in future I won’t use anyone else. Hopefully in better circumstances :). Again thankyou so much for helping me in my time of need. 10 stars all day!

Really kind and professional chaps.

Explained the issue with my key fob (Range Rover Sport). They gave me excellent advice over the telephone, prompt service thereafter and very reasonably priced!

Highly recommended

Really happy with the service from Autokey care Birmingham.
After another place damaged my car key, I was nervous about trusting anyone again. The team were so friendly, welcoming and reassuring. They made me feel confident and provided me with a brand-new key. Excellent service from start to finish. I highly recommend AutoKey care to anyone with car key problems

Incredible service. The first contact via WhatsApp was super fast, clear, and with a lot of knowledge. I booked in for the next day and i was greeted by Clinton, who was very, very helpful, explaining the problem with the keys and immediately resolving it with new keys exactly like the original ones with the Vauxhall logo. I was very happy to have found them and for the service I received. I would give 1000 stars if I could. Highly recommended. Thank you very very much :)

My car is a difficult one: Lexus ls600hl and the dealer gives a 4 figure quote and two weeks to sort it if both keys are missing. However, within a few hours from phone call, I'm very impressed. 2 working keys sorted out, missing ones removed from ecu, what an excellent service and a fraction of the price! Totally top notch. Thank you, will use you again if ever needed!!
